It's not hard, it just takes determination, dedication and little bit of knowledge. Know what to eat and when, with a bit of CV exercise and they'll show eventually. How long it takes generally depends on the person, the diet, how much fat there is covering and genetics.

I have 8.6% bodyfat and joke that i have a 'sixpack by default'.I've never spent any time developing it, im not sure on the best way to work it mind hint ;PId like to make the most of my physique with a sixpack that'd make an ant think he was crossing the himalayas

Yes, I have no fat really, but my msucles dotn stand out as much, so yes there is, build the muscle there.
