I'm 16 years old, 6'2 and not in very good shape, but not out of shape-ish, haha.Well, a week or so ago I went to my doctor, and I was 160 something pounds, but now using one of those stand on scale things, I checked my weight(it's the middle of the day, I've had some food already) and my weight was 145.Now, I don't really care that it's such a different gap, but, regardless, how heavy is too heavy? I CONSTANTLY think I'm fat, and I still do, at 145 or 160. So, can someone tell me what's a weight that I should be afraid of reaching at 6'2 feet, I'd be very helpful. Keep in mind, I just spend like, all my time on the computer, I don't do any work-outs at all really. This is a picture of me if you want to see my physic(sp)? Espionage, I'd have trouble imagining how you could consider yourself fat, but I note that you have described yourself elsewhere as a hypochondriac and it probably is part of that. But let me assure you you are not fat.

yea. =/ It's probably just me being a hypochondriac, thanks guys.

Body and mind are two different things, my mind tells me I need to eat a giant chocolate cake, my body knows better. His mind might be telling him he's fat, but his body is far far different in opinion.

indeed, but sleep isn't coming easy these days.
