I feel like im getting dehydrated, for the past couple of days i havnt been eating much at all, no intrest in it and the thought of it would make me sick, but i would still get sick and start throwing up even tho i got nothing to throw up. Ive been drinking water and soft drinks to get something in me and ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for the first time eating something in 40 sumthin hours

It sounds like either a virus or a bit of food poisoning - have you had diarrhoea?Drinking lots is the right thing to do to deal with dehydration. Peanut butter isn't the best thing to eat on a queasy stomach, though - it's too fatty. Toast and the traditional chicken soup (perhaps with noodles) are better.
