I GOT MORE NEWS ON ROGERRoger passed away this morning, July 9, at 12:35 AM in the Springfield Hospital. He had lapsed into a coma on Wednesday and never recovered from that until he passed. My children and I were with him until the end. It was a very painful road to travel until death came. He died with a smile on his face like he was glad that the suffering was over. The last 2 weeks he could not speak, eat, and had limited vision because of the cancer cells that had traveled to his brain. He was kept on morphine to handle the pain. I will miss him for he was my best friend of 44 years, but I know that his passing is for the best. I could stand to see him suffer so much.Monday, July 12---*******The funeral service will be on Monday, July 12, at the ***** United Methodist Church at 11 AM.
