Alright here it goes:I'm overweight, I know this. I'd like to lose some weight but I've got to tell you, I'm lazy, going to a gym is an inconvenience since I have school, I have no car to get to one, and can't really afford it. I do eat a lot, that's true. I've been cutting out eating late at night lately so that'll help. I'm 6'2 and a quarter, and weigh 256 I beleive. I'm just trying to figure out you know what would be a good deal. What I do:Nothing, haha. The walk home from school is as good as it gets. I'd probably use our treadmill, but there's nowhere to even set it up since it's all cluttered in the basement. What I eat: Whatever I see I guess. I can't eat fruits, I have an allergy to them apparently. I eat hoagies, with MAYO ( eh I know, should cut that out). Help me oh fitness guru's for I won't do anything unless I'm instruced on how to do it, haha. Help! Kev

For the situation you're in, it's going to have to take a huge maturity step FOR YOUR MIND to produce. It takes huge responsibilty to get your ass up, and have the right mentality to go out and do what you got to do, to reach your goals.Right now, by the sounds of it, forget about the working out part as of now. YOU ARE NOT READY. What you got to do is sit down and evaluate yourself, and really think about what you want, and how you're going to pursue it. After you've made up your mind, and where you think you are ready to lose the weight/workout, then you start a plan and follow what diet is best for you, and where to start excercise wise, whether it's Cardio, or weightlifting. It's easy to do something when you want to do it, that's for sure. I hope you find the inner strength and take it by the horns and go after it.Good luck!
