I mainly play basketball, but does lifting weights really increase sex drive and testerone on a significant level?

Does lifting weights increase sex drive?

Mmm I don't know about scientifically, but if you have sex before a sport, it raises the testosterone level, and improves game performance, so maybe in some backwards way, the same could be said that sports will affect your sex life. Psychologically, however, is another thing all together. My husband used to play soccer, and still can scrounge a game together, and after a long day playing or a really great win, he's defiantly in the mood for some rough fast lovin', but whether or not his testosterone, or sheer male psychological state are at play, is not scientifically tested.

I am not talking about sports like basketball or soccer. I am talking about lifting weights and working out...muscle building. I heard it increases the testesterone level.

Lifting, as far as I know, increases only free testosterone. And, lifting weights... wouldn't increase it significantly at all.The thing about free testosterone, is that it's either used for maturing, you know, deeper voice and bigger muscles, or converted to the chemical that makes men go bald
