You're just about perfect according to this BMI chart. If you went down to 110 pounds, you'd be on the lower end of the good weight range. You want to gain muscle and lose fat, which isn't the equivalent of losing weight. There's a place called World's Healthiest Foods which has a list of very nutritional foods for you, along with recipes using those foods.
I don't think I could help you much on the weights, though. You might be able to buy some free weights online, though they might be expensive.
And I'd recommend seeing if you can work at a grocery store or something other than a fast-food place. The grease and whatnot can give you acne, which wouldn't be fun.

I recently have been back on the road to getting into shape. I am 17 years old, about 5'4 and 115-120 pounds. Im trying to stay where im at as far as weight, i wouldnt mind gaining more weight if it was muscle weight. My advice is get some free weights. I do not go to the gym myself i have some free weights i use. I also use Muscle Milk which is like a dietary supplement that promotes lean muscle growth etc. I also do sit ups, push ups, daily, and i try to jog a few times a week. But yeah my advice is just try to grab some free weights, and stick to a good health diet. Nothing drastic like eating an apple a day or something crazy like that. Just try to cut out stuff like chips, fast food, cookies, you know the bad stuff. Best of luck to ya.
