Im an 18 year old male amateur athlete playing gaelic football, im pretty fit, however i'd like to bulk up a bit building my core strength, speed and stamina. I know that its common in america to take supplements but i dont have a clue which ones are safe their risks or if i should take them at all. Just to clarify im thinking of legal stuff like Glutamine Whey Protein Creatine (Monohydrate) Citrulline and multivitamins. Does anyone know what i should consider?
It was my understanding that Glutamine was completely worthless. I read that "Breaking the Dogma of Glutamine" article, as well as doing my own research on studies done.
yea my mistake it is contridictory i meant basically getting stronger so as to be able to give and take tackles better, when u say vitamins a daily multivitamin would be good then ?? Also should u only take one like say just creatine would it be bad to be taking two at one time?
