Hey guys, i'm 17 5"7 and a half weigh 195lbs and i think i'm fat period. i want to lose weight..but somehow doing crunches situps, weights and all isn't really helping me lost the flab..its just increasing my strenght...and i've always seen hydroxy cut on t.v and at like wal-mart or shoppers...has anyone tried it? any side effects? disagreements? agreements? plz help thanks

Do not take diet pills, they're either basically Speed or Placebos. You need to fix what you eat, and work out at least thirty minutes of increased heart beat exercise 5 days out of the week.

what are jitters?:S oh ya and a note..i work out everyday for at least 2 hours..and i've been doing this for 6 months now...just increase in strengh...no loss of flab=(

well for the 2 hours of exercise i do...i first always start off with cardio..sometimes i run 2.5km, somtimes 5km..and sometimes i just go on the bike for 10-20 minutes...and then after the cardio, i like to do about 50 crunches...and then work on my triceps with 90lbs of 10 reps 3 sets, and then curl 60lbs 7reps 3 sets, i'm still not sure what its called now..but i stand inbetween 2 huge bars...and pull strings down from the side with 50lbs 10 reps 3 sets..works on my upper and lower chest..and after that i do some incline bench presses, some shoulders and then 50 crunches again...and then thats itAs for my Diet..morning i usually just drink a glass of milk or juice. (i agree not too healthy) and then lunch..i usually have a nice ceaser salad, with a beef wrap or chicken quesadillas, or maybe a burger. and then as for dinner...since i'm azn, i always have a bowl of rice..with a bowl of soup, i would say...about a bowl of veggies..and a bowl and a half of meat sometimes 2 bowls... (a bowl would be about the shape of my hand that i can palm.) and sometimes if i remember i have few pieces of watermelons, or a banana. and i forgot to say..i've weighed in a couple of times and did some body percentage things...since february, till now i've lost 2 pounds..and lost 4% body fat...which i think is terrible slow...and my body isn't going into any shape=(

i think your mostly muscle hunn, you work out A LOT muscle weighs more than fat.

but i have no tone/shape...and i still have a 1 pack =(

im sure you look fine :wink: some people still feel fat and out of shape even if they're not.

well shoulders i do sometimes, with 10-15lbs just rasing them..but legs since i run pretty often and bike...i just rely on, and as for "Azn" ineligible said = "Asian". so from what your saying what would be the best way to be tone and defined...i heard something about doing light weights but lots of reps..is this true?
