Alright so i am about 5'4 and 115 pounds. I do MMA 3 days a week, and workout a few days a week also (Weights/Cardio). So when i flex my stomach you can see my abs really good looks like a good 6-pack, but when i dont flex it looks kinda fat like i dont work out at all, is there a reason why? Also is there a way to get those abs to show like that w/o flexing? I always my abs to show without flexing. Ive also became a little self-concious w/o my shirt on, i feel like whenever im at the beach or w/e i have to flex to make myself look good and fit. Any help would be great thanks
