First off, I miss my long hair, how do i get it back? I'm a guy I dunno if it has anything to do with hair growth or not.when I was 8 or 9 It was like 2 foot long, I was young so I never took care of it, but then I had to get it cut off, and now it won't seem to grow back, it will grow just a little bit till 2 inches near my shoulders and curl back. I don't wanna go around 24/7 with moose in my hair to keep it slick. What do I do?Problem 2.My gut, I do have abbs however I've gotten a bit of a gut. what can I do to get rid of it. I can't do Crunches and Sit Ups because I've got like allot of gas bubbles and it hurts. And everytime I do them I get the sore muscles and because I sneeze allot because of the dust it kills me to do that. What can I do to burn gut fat exercise wise, that doesn't actually require Gym equipment or those situp/crunches.Also I understand the diet part but here's the problem. Allot of times, I'm out late because we gotta go like 70 miles away and I have to eat fast food for supper if I want anything to eat for supper and sometimes I have to miss out on lunch. If eating this can I still exercise myself to fitness if I do it enough to beat the burger stuff. Or do I just stop eating for the most part.Problem 3.I have Morris Dancing once a week, but my calf's(I think are what they're called) are weak, what's best way to strength them up?

If the problem is that your hair curls, there's nothing you can do about that. Curliness of hair depends on how it is made (hair with a circular cross-section is straight; an elliptical cross-section makes it curl), and that depends on your genes. It often is different in childhood to how it becomes later, but you can't turn the clock back.To get rid of the gut, you need to burn off more energy than you eat. Any vigorous exercise that gets your heart working will do it, provided you do it regularly. Swimming is very good. You shouldn't stop eating, but be careful how much you eat. Even in fast food joints there are healthier alternatives to burgers.I'll leave 3 to the people who know more about it, but the general principle is that you work out the muscles you want to strengthen.

Try to avoid the burgers, there are almost always other alternatives out there. Even if it means packing your own dinner before you go.
Sure, you can do extra exercise to burn off the calories the burger would give you, but many people don't seem to understand how few calories exercise can remove vs. how much junk food can throw on. If I recall correctly, a small bowl of ice cream requires several hours of constant running to remove.

Hmm, I dunno salads are kinda expensive, and can be made at home allot cheaper (if I could find the time) What about chicken, perhapz their are more calories, but perhaps it's better for you, I don't know?Ah and exercise question, how often should I work out and how often should I rest.Say I have a set to do.50 curls each arm per day.50 push ups. 25 of each variation to crunches and yada yada.Do I do this everyday, or should I take 2/7 days off.And what if I get bored and say I do 150 curls that day. Should I rest sooner, or later or what.

Hair straighteners will err...straighten your hair

If you want to lose weight, just run. It's boring, but 50 curls won't do squat. The bicep is a tiny muscle and uses hardly any energy in comparision to your legs.If you want to get bigger biceps, you have to lift heavy weights. Heavy as in, you lift it 10 times, and you physically cannot lift it again. For heavy lifting, you should give the muscles you used several days recovery before using them again. For cardio, like running, or your 50 curls, you can do it again the next day.

The 50 curls thing was an exercise example not a just lose weight, but to keep muscles toned, I don't really like being bulky, and considering I'm already twice the size most adults I know bone structure wise I wouldn't want more bulk.
