Is anyone else here using it?

Alli
-
MyAlli? I've considered using it, solely upon the fact that it is FDA approved and it comes with a whole diet plan, etc. I suspect the pills of being a placebo but ya never know!
-
the only FDA approved over the counter diet pill.Any diet pill is taking the easy way out, if it works at all. I doubt it works, I don't see what people have against eating right and working out.
-
It definitely works. I've been using it for the past two weeks with great results. I don't believe it's taking the easy way out, as you have to be eating healthly for it to work. I've been watching what I eat for the past few months as I gained some weight over the winter months. Alli just gives you an extra boost. I'm just curious if anyone else here is taking it.

My sister told me about that stuff, she was at a place where they test medicines on people, and the people in the study had to wear adult diapers because it's a fat blocker... I guess the fat goes straight through you, and a lot of people thought they had gas, but when they went to, you know, fart, they had oil dripping down their legs instead.

Do you know that if I believed that Id go buy some right now and spike my buddies drinks when next we went camping together ?One farts all the fucking time, and camping I watched him eat 4 stadium style kilbasa, pudding, and nutty buddies.all full of fat, not to mention the bacon wrapped swiss and mushroom burgers an hour before the munchies kicked in and warrented another meal and junk food.Enough fat that if it drained through his levis would be soaked to his socks. If I actually belived it let all the fat come out as an oily liquid in a fart Id be buying it now to wreak havoc on friends.

Why not believe it?
_Because orlistat's main effect is to prevent dietary fat from being absorbed, the fat is excreted unchanged in the feces and so the stool may become oily or loose (steatorrhea). Increased flatulence is also common. Bowel movements may become frequent or urgent, and rare occurrences of fecal incontinence have been seen in clinical trials; the manufacturer website of alli, GlaxoSmithKline's over-the-counter formulation of orlistat, recommends to users "[...] Until you have a sense of any treatment effects, it's probably a smart idea to wear dark pants, and bring a change of clothes with you to work _
[Alli or Orlistat][0]
It's somewhat similar to that Olestra they used for chips and stuff.
_However, by 2000 sales slowed to $200 million, largely caused by the unappealing health warning label, which was mandated by the FDA:
This Product Contains Olestra. Olestra may cause abdominal cramping and loose stools. Olestra inhibits the absorption of some vitamins and other nutrients. Vitamins A, D, E, and K have been added.[1]
This condition became popularly known as "anal leakage," though this term never actually appeared on the label._

Loose stools I can belive, but farts made of oil and fat?I can fuck a friend and laugh while he shits fat into his pants by a camp fire, but I dont want to be around while he shits shit down hislegs.I dont think he would mind so much, a few weeks ago when we all went camping and where pretty uhhhh baked... He told us stories of him shitting his pants at work when he thought it was a fart and then he sharted (half shit half fart) and had to lose his boxers nad wear drippy wet levis home to change clothes and take a shower before returning to work.Good think hes only 10 minutes away from work and runs the shop so he can get away with leaving like that.In fact today because we stayed an extra night he went to work 2 hours late just because fire restrictions made it so we couldnt have a fire till we moved up sunday night to an improved campground with allowed fire pits.We payed 20 bucks and stayed an extra night knowing we had to get up at 6 am jsut to pack and leave so we could get baked by a fire and pass out in his new trailer.I did however have a good time till that alarm went off and we walked outside into 37 degree F air wearing a pair of shorts and a t shirt, I instantly regretted it all at that point in time.

Yes, some may experience treatment effects if you're eating bad foods. I have not experienced any nor have my other 2 co-workers who are also on it. I was scared about trying it because of the treatment effects, but so far so good. If you follow a sensible diet you should have no problem. I goofed and had a five guy's cheeseburger the other day and have been fine. I'm assuming nobody else on here has tried it.
-
If I remember from your pictures years ago you looked fine. Have you gained a lot of weight over the years?
-
I've gained about 35 pounds. I'm slowly loosing it. With going to school practically full time as well as working full time all I was eating was fast food. I've been changing my habits over the last several weeks and I'm seeing results
-
I cheaped out but the pills i have bought seem to be working, idk they make me eat alot less, and ive been working out and running alot too to help the process, but the lipo6 pills work very well for me ive already lost 10 lbs and i started using them like.. 4 days ago, and im not really even that fat at 240lbs 6'4

Quote:Have you gained a lot of weight over the years? What a question to ask a lady!Welcome back, Amanda!
-
Well it's pretty obvious considering the pills she's taking.
-
Do you know that if I believed thatYeesh, I'm just repeating what my sister told me, although she may have been exaggerating, I wouldn't know.
-
are these pills very expensive?? im sick of dieting and losing weight then gaining it back again. i'd like to get lipo, but its too pricy. i hate the way i look.
-
Im sick of dieting and losing weight then gaining it back again. You're gaining it back because you're not doing a full lifestyle change. You have to change your habits before you can keep your body.
-
i had my habits changed fine, but then both of my grandparents passed away within a week and i got really depressed.and im really stressed and sick i think...
