Hi. I like to think I am in quite good shape, but the lower area of my abdominals are considerably more flabby looking that the rest of my body.Does anybody know of any excersises that work this area? I have looked on previous topics, but haven't found anything incredibly useful.

Leg lifts, keeping feet off ground six inches, hold two minutes, repeat.Jackknives, laying down on back fold body in half and touch hands to toes. 20 repsflutter kicks and scissor kicks while on back, on elbows - 40 each

Run, and diet. Burn away that fat covering it and you'll see your abs.
