Itchy Scrotum and "bump" on penis. (Picture)

Dang, don't you guys have a macro button or a focus feature when you take pictures?Itchy? Could be jock itch (fungal infection). I don't know if you have to have a rash for it to occur. Get some Tinactin or something like that at the store. The bumb just looks like a vein that is close to the surface.
-
But i never had it before, It came just a month ago or so. Sometimes visible, sometimes not, it is without a doubt some sort of "thingy" that bad, i know that, call me paranoid. HELP !!!...I´ll take a picture now, but it is not visible now, but so you see whats up. No Bump With Bump This is how it is, on and off, sometimes visible, sometimes not. Had it for maybe 1 or 1 1/2 month . Someone, give me a clue.

Like I said.. it's a vein.
-
So this "vein" suddenly came up a month ago? Looking nothing like a vein or anything like that. I didnt even know you could have veins on the penis head.
-
How do you think blood gets to THAT tissue then?
Looks like a vein to me. Temperature, blood pressure, arousal, can all contribute to how much blood is in it, and how close to the surface it is. All those things can lead to how much you can see it.
-
But its not a vein for gods sake. Its RAISED SKIN, like a bump, its not a vein, ITS NOT A VEIN.So what could it be? I only found chancres things that are on the penis (which i have HAD (past tense)), but not this kind, i was thinking herpes or some such. But i cant find anything about it. please. someone.

The bump is blueish. Blueish means blood. Other than what we've just said, you can go to the doctor and have it checked out.
