First off, how do I get rid of body oder people keep complaining my armpits stink, even though I shower daily sometimes twice a day if I work. I soap my body and scrub and blah blah. but it never seems to be enough.Allot of times though, I did just get finished working. like throwing hay into the back of the trailer. so I suppose maybe it can't be helped, but it's annoying not having people shut up about it.SecondMy girlfriend is a little over weight, and she won't shut up about it, I tell her well run some, but she doesn't seem to understand that she doesn't have stamina to do so because she doesn't try. when I started doing curls even with 10 pound weight I could only do like 20, now I can do over 100.I thought well maybe I can get her to do some weight work with my 10 pound weights, but she kept saying no it's to much weight I don't want to get muscular. I just need something to tone me up a bit. What can she do to tone herself. I tried to tell her 10 pounds really isn't enough to make her muscular but she kept fighting me telling me how there's a different way girls work out which requires lighter weights.Typical brainwashed from the sounds of it. kind of like those girls that think they're suppose to play softball because baseball is only for guys.

Couple of questions
-
use redzone deodorant. when i use that stuff, i only need to put it on every other day because it lasts though showers. as for your girlfriend, i dunno.
-
Try deodorant, duh. Put your girlfriend on weight watchers or some program

I've never heard of RedZone, but I use Gillete Surf with Power-Caps (Lil blue balls in the gel, lol) and it works a couple of days too, but then again I never stink even though I sweat like a whore in church.

Tell your girlfriend that if she wants to lose some weight, to go on a program, maybe weightwatchers. If she doesn't do that, tell her she is not going to lose the weight that she wants unless, she actually does something about it. Eating healthier, regular exercise. It's not going to make her very muscular, especially with only 10 pound weights, she just seems to be looking for excuses. I'd probably tell her that if she's not going to do anything about her "problem", to stop complaining about it.

You know, a great way to start exercise is to start walking. If you and your girl are doing something that is say, less than a mile from home, talk her into walking there.
Then go from there, farther walks to places. My guy would drive everywhere if I let him. I haven't lived within walking distance from ANYTHING since I was 19, so I love to walk to the pool hall or the corner store when I am at his house.
At home, its just a half mile to the end of the driveway, so not far, but a start ya know?
