I know nobody likes a no it all, but when people ask you for help for losing weight or dieting.
They shouldn't tell you how everything you said is wrong and yada yada, when you've done the research, have the books and shit explaining how it all works, having doctors and health specialists telling you you're correct.
Why is it, if you happen to be right most of the time. people start saying you're obviously just some "know it all" who has to be right all the time and can never be wrong, because your correct them and tell him something isn't going to help them or whatever.
