I've finally gotten it down, to where my 6 pack is almost about to shape.I can now successfully see my abs, I just gotta get rid of a little bit more to fully give it the "6 pack" look. But go figure. I cannot resist Junk food. I can limit how much I eat of it though.Go figure, my parents bought some junkfood and stuff because some friends are coming over. I was looking over calories charts how much I should be burning in a day etc.Well I'm 6'2 I figure I'm around 225 but not 100% sure as I no longer have a scale, and 15. Mostly muscle.Anyway about 2-3 charts says I should be burning about 3500 calories 3-4 I've read says I burn abour 4600. I'm figuring the lesser one is probably more accurate. but which one do you think is?

hard to say. I am glad to see you take an interest in your health and staying in shape..I'm not an expert and others can give you better advice then I but, at this point if I were you I would probably just keep doing what I have been doing.
Depends on how many variables the things take into account. Although, that still doesn't mean much because calculating something like that for everyone is nearly impossible, considering it would require so so many variables. Like the poster above me said, just keep doing what you're doing. Junk food can be alright once in a while.
