Okay.. I'm not used to being in the sun (I'm fair skin).. I dont usually go out of my way to be out there for any length of time. But the last two days I had to be. Thursday, I was out there for 11 hours straight.. In the sun. No shade. So now.. My I'm sunburnt. Everything is fine and doesnt hurt, except my neck. It is blistered. :scream_cat: My chin blistered a little to. But my neck is killing me. Is there anything I can do to help this? It just hurts to move my neck up and down or anything... So anything I can do? Thanks

Wear lots of sunscreen next time you're in the sun. Try aloe vera. If you have really bad blisters you should probably see your doctor, as it could be sun poisioning.

Okay.. I popped the two big blisters.. and put aloa vera gel on it. I will just see.. There is no way I'm letting my regular doctor touch this. She fucks up everything she touches.. As soon as I can.. I'm changing doctors. (Damn insurance.. all confusing)

try putting after sun stuff on your skin when you get outa the sun... you'll probably find it in Clarins and it called Apres Soleil (i'm not sure if i spelt soleil right... its french)

This is when you went madcrazy as well? Madcrazy... cool word. Anyway! Yes... if you're badly sunburned you should take a cold bath a couple of times a day for a few days, and put after sun on. Apart from that, you can only grin (or grimace) and bear it.

i find that yea, when im reallllly sunburnt, aleo vera is a god send, and cold or warmish baths/showers help. Also moisturise as much as possible.. When i blister it ususally means i will peel, i hope this isnt the case for u..

i never peel or blister i just get red sometimes but it always lasts like a day the next night i'll be really dark
