as you can see from the pictures, im not exactly fat... or obese/overweight... and to be honest, those pictures do my face no justice...

ok second one i had to throw in, my nephew is juss too adorable...
but anyways, yea, i need to lose weight, and build muscle... i have about an inch of fat around my chest and about half an inch around my arms, as for my stomach and back, i have between 1 1/2 to two inchs, my legs are basically pure muscle from playing football, and skating... i need some tips or diet plans that will help me look... well... i guess... if i had to choose a celebrity, i'd say LL cool jay, and vin diesel, get them, mixem inna pot, and i wanna be there love creation...
can anyone help me with that?

Yeah, I can help. I've been working out for about 6 months, and I lost 15 pounds of fat, and then gained it right back in muscle. If your trying to burn fat, start off with high rep exercises, so reps of 10 on the bench and stufflike that. Once your satisfied, start doing lower rep, high weight. I do 3 sets of 6, and then 3 sets of 3 for my bench. Do this for everying else and you'll be fine. It also increased my 40 time by .6, just losing the fat.

im kinda going to miss this fat that i have lol, when ever wide recievers or typical runningbacks (skinnyer ones) see me, they laugh when i tell them i play runningback, but its funny that they dont laugh after i run there ass over... lol, but yea, im going to miss them doughting me... but i think having a nice soft six pack would be better... well goodnight...
