My gut is odd. seems like normally, I don't really have much of one, but if I completely relax or stop using or whatever my lower ab muscle, my gut seems to push out, and it's like abnormally big, doesn't seem like it even fits my body. But it also hurts to have it like that too.So am I suppose to use the lower ab muscle or whatever slightly at all times like I guess I had been or not. Because I suppose it's internal fat or something pushing against my gut when maybe sub concisely pushing out or something. Since out intestines are suppose to be half of a mile long or something.Am I just pushing it out when that happens or what, because it looks like my gut could be as big as my entire torso when I do this, but usually, I'm not very big around.Like if I had my pants around my gut, I could make it go say from common of 32 or 34 waist to 42 or so. So I'm not sure if that's it's actual natural size, or if I'm pushing ito ut due to not using my lower ab muscles to hold my guts in place or what.

Is it normal?

Not sure of your gender, but I am a female and I find that as I have gotten older, I have begun to have a very slight pooch to my abdomen. Is this the sort of thing that you are referring to? I think this is normal to some extent and can be helped with exercise. Unless you are seriously overweight, I would not obsess over it and if that is the case...get moving!

Nah, I think I'm sub-consciously sucking in air or something and I'm 15 year old male. But I notice when my gut gets like that I can burp a couple of times and it goes back to normal more or less.
