Just noticed looking in the mirror, that, the top of my abs or whatever. is ungodly huge. and the rest, not so much.
the 6 pack, to my understanding is the same muscle. why does it seem the top of it seems to be at least 2x bigger then the bottom.
I'm thinking that could of been my oddly thought to be over sized gut problem, because when I relax, that part of the ab is still much bigger then the rest.
Oddly enough, I've stopped doing crunches due to it supposedly not helping you get a 6 pack.
I am assuming the oddly shaped over big gut, it probably the gut fat I do have, hanging even further out, due to my huge top part of ab. I'll see if I can take a picture and show you guys.
I don't get why it's so much bigger though.
[color:\#FF0000][/color]Edit, Well, I can't get a picture, the lighting is too messed up. Oh well. Maybe the question should be, how can I shape my abs. Maybe if I can shape them or whatever, it'll distribute over the rest of them

Never noticed, but quite annoying.

I suppose so, but I stopped working my upper for awhile, and worked side/lower, but I suppose due to it being over used previously it's so much bigger. And like I said, I guess the unusual shaped stomach being oddly bigger then it should be is due to that, if it's handing off the top of my ab if you know what I mean.

I remember reading about cases similar to this in the army, reported "fatness" from doing crunchesbasically your working only the top of your pack, do the occasional side crunches (1 to each side for every every 4 - all that does is tones the sides/obliques giving a better look to your 6 pack and all giving the "V")

I assume you mean push ups with arms like a V which are actually fairly easy for me, how much do they really halp your abs thoughOh yeah and why should I drink so much water? I think you told someone with similar trying to get abs to drink like over a gallon of water.Water makes me bloat a bit =/
