This is mainly for helmsman... but anyone that knows about this please help me out.My lifting coach told me i have lifting shoulder... and he told me theres really nothing i can do about it... but didnt really go into detail... what exactly is it? because it fucking annoys me... i worked out my biceps yesterday and benched a little and my deltoids are killing me... both of them.whats the deal?
haha yah there is a certain point you could punch and it would exremely hurt...so stretch?sounds good to me... we stretch everyday in fitness... but i didnt after school... lol that would explain why im sure...thanks alot man
