I've been told its a bad idea to workout when your sick.But I dont know if its true or not.

i dk the answer to that ... but i'd say if u feel like working out do it...are you that sick? i made it yesterday working out with a toothache but today i left after about 15 mints.. my tooth was killing me. still does but hurts to much to sleep. my !??&#&!? dentist want be back till after the new year. i dk wut it do like with a cold. i go on about my daily chores and gym with a cold. now when i had the flu my ass didn't want to get out of bed.

Hm. How sick are you? If your sneezing boulders of viruses all over the place it's probably not a good idea, generally.

The gym people generally aren't happy if you could infect the other users. Apart from that I imagine it depends on what your body can handle.

I mainly have a stopped up nose and some occasional sneezing.
I mainly dont go to the gym cause I think it'd be rude to "spread" my sickness around.
