Pain and lumps?

That really worries me. You need to see a doctor ASAP because lumps in the breasts are the first signs of breast disorder or even cancer. http://www.merck.com/mmhe/sec22/ch251/ch251a.html

thank you for that website..and i don't have any of the symptoms exactly...but i'm going to the doctors soon so i'll have them check it out

Lumps are not a good sign. But the pain can vary. You say you're "young", so I'll assume you're a teenager. Since you're going through puberty, the pain could be that your breasts are developing.
But it's a good idea to go to a doctor to be sure.

Yah, i figured the pain wasn't too much to worry bout... but i'll definetily ask my doctor bout it

Sometimes the lumps are normal ones, like milk ducts, and the fact that the tissue isn't perfectly uniform. A doctor will be able to tell the difference between normal and abnormal lumpiness.

I have lots of lumps. They are called fibrocystic breasts. Nothing to worry about. One of my friends had a lump in her breast when she was 23. It was painful. She went to the doctor and it was benign. Her doc told her that painful lumps are usually nothing, and that cancerous lumps won't cause pain.My sister had a lump in her breast at 25 that was quite large. It wasn't painful. It turned out to be a benign cyst. She got it removed and all is well.My coworker's mother had a lump in her breast. When she went to the doctor is was breast cancer and she had to have her breast chopped off. Later, she got fat removed from her thigh to build a new breast. The point is that there are no steadfast rules. If you feel a lump or lumps in your breast, go to a doctor and let him do the necessary tests. If it needs further treatment, your early detection gives you a much greater chance of success.
