Right, i think i have said this in a different post before, but, i am 6"2/3 and as thin as a cocktail stick. It is my GCSE year (for anyone confused Americans or other out there, it is a set of exams you take at 16 before going to "sixth form") and the upside of that is that we "break up" around june 18th and go back to school september 3rd. I therefore have 3 or so months, so i was hoping i could put on some muscle and simply bulk myself up over that time. What do you recommend? My mum has a personal trainer i was going to use (hopefully), but in the home? Dumbbells? Push ups? Sit ups? Etc.?Thanks. :]
You'll want to increase your protein in take, and similarly gain lots of muscle, to do this you'll want to do lots of weight training with Endurance training on other days, there are numbers of websites out there ta help ya with this.
