And probably weren't the ones who would use the posts.

What happened to..

Regardless of what happened in the end, which I'll point out, you don't know the full story. Helm's added an awful lot of these forums, arguably more than anyone else here. Especially for some of us.You're the one acting immature. Now I don't agree with him deleting all his posts, but Helm's was a good person, who did a lot of good for a lot of people, and it was a great loss when he left.

Agreed.Helms and I had our moments where we didn't see eye to eye or get along (which might be an understatement). When I first came to the forums with my best friend (her username then was OneLoneButterfly) Helms was the first person to welcome us here and also the first person I became close to. If something was wrong with me he was right there acting like my dad and ready to go to war for me and often times he did (And the reverse was the same. I would do anything for him).He had strong opinions and was very opinionated but also laid back and easy going. A total contradiction which is what made him so awesome. I don't like the he deleted his posts but it was his decision. But while we may not like it was still his choice and he does as he wishes.

You're the one acting immature. What? Please explain. It very well may be that he contributed a lot to the forum. I never said he didn't. But from what I heard he was being very immature and childish when he left, insulting people left and right. If you don't think that's immature, then fine.

What's immature is you making judgments on things you know nothing about, and the fact you're over looking years and years of selflessness for one unpleasant moment. Basically saying good riddance for that moment.
-
I'm sorry. If I ask someone who Helms was, and they tell me that he was immature towards the end, then that's all I have to go on.

too bad hes gone.. I'd like to thank him for the wealth of information on fitness, which has helped me, and because I really appreciated his views in many threads.

He really was immature, I mean, a good person at heart, but... he had issues.
