I have got how to work all my upper and side abs, but i can not seen to target the lower ones. I worked them a lot a couple of days ago trying different ways and it didn't seem to work them the least bit and now all the rest of my upper abs are hurting like crazy..well any who, which workout do i need to do for my lower abs?=]

thanks i'll try that work out. =DI have a pretty good diet, i rarely eat junk food. I was a vegetarian for about 4 months and now i'm eating very little meat, I drink my water and always eat my veggies. but i'm not trying to get the full six pack because in my oppinion i dont thing that girls/women look good with them. i'm just trying to furm up a little bit. I have my upper abs right where i want them my lowers just dont match up and arnt as firm.
