You need to start dieting. That's the only way you'll get a six pack to show. Look up six pack ab diets on google and you'll find thousands.

Also both my friend and brother has insanely low amounts of body fat and neither had abs, and my brother didn't get abs until he started ab exercises.

Everyone has abs, it's just that most are covered by a layer of fat. I used to be ridiculously skinny too, like... 120-130lb (I don't know the conversion of the top of my head) at 6'0", I didn't have abs. Why? Because that's where my body stores most of its fat. For others they store it on their legs, or butt, etc.

Obviously everyone has every muscle, you're born with them, you don't technically "get" muscle, you're just as muscular as everyone else in the world, going by the, You have them, but so do I.
But, typically if they're not there to see, people say "you don't have them"
What what you're saying, There's so such thing as a 4-6 pack. because there's 8 of those muscles, people rarely have the 8 pack look, but they're there.
Until my brother did the exercising though, he could not get visible abs. he was 6'1 or 2 and 115 pounds at that time.

You can do exercises to accentuate and define the abs, but they are not going to be visible unless you have little/no fat on your stomach. If you are fat then unless you diet along with exercise, you're not going to have visible abs at all.

Honestly, I'd rather have my food over visible abs. Consider in most cases they don't help me any and food is awesome.
Alas, I'm poor for now, and won't have much food to eat.

You can't spot train. Ab exercises will just make them bigger. But as said, if you have fat covering them, they won't show through (unless possibly flexed).
Need your body fat to be below 10% to show abs. Start dieting and look up High intensity interval Training.
