I hear some of the really muscular and toned people work out for 2-3 hours a day( or the days you work). But unless they mean walking, what would you possibly do for 2 hours?
I can do around 150 jumping jacks, 2 sets of (15) push ups. and 20 or so crunches in about 15 minutes or so. maybe less.
it seems to me unless there's allot of several minutes breaks, there's not much you can do for 2 hours. I know I only named a handful of exercises but still.
