I'm 5'10, 140 pounds 16 years old, with probably a little bit more growth to go. I'd really like to gain a bit of weight cause right now I feel a bit skinny, what's the best way of going about it without doing something extremely unhealthy? Due to my condition (cystic fibrosis) I can eat high fat/high salt without a problem. But my condition is sort of part of the problem! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Gaining weight?

You want to put on muscle rather than fat, so working out seems called for, if you can do that with cystic fibrosis.

i think thats a good amount of weight for your age, my friends are 14-15 and they weight (average of my friends) about 120-130
its better to be skinny than fat (though im not sure if being underweight is less healthier than being overweight)
