Has any one ever done this, make it where you eat no MSG. From what ive been reading its everywhere, and in everything, except for natural fruits, vegtables, and meats. unless the crops are dusted with msg which some are.
so far ive been cutting out processed foods, soda, and fast food, but MSG will be harder to do.
I know everything in moderation is oK... but I used to just eat all day and eat, eat, eat, and never feel full, which is one of the things they same MSG does. I just want to start to eat healthy and feel better.
Any one else trying to do this?
