You've inspired me you sexy beast!Ok so wait. The thing is I'm lazy when it comes to excer...workin...that... lose weight thing... yeah.... And I've been told too many times that I eat more in a day than the average man eats in a week. over-exaggeration..BUT my problem is that I don't gain weight in the arms or midsection. It goes straight to my chest, rear, and thighs. I swear I'm an alien. The thighs are pretty "toned" if you want to call it that because I walk everywhere. But... I'm going to make an effort to work on my other two problems ehh...And you're a brave woman. Unless it was a MUST you wouldn't catch me dead in a dress.

lol yay for inspiration, funny enough i just got back from my walk =)ive lost even more weight now. and my bras fit me better!! woooo!!! i bought myself a pretty top today. and i thought it would be too small at first and i was going to buy the next larger size. but it actually fit me!! AND it was on sale!! woohoo! lmao. god im such a weirdo. siiiigh

lol I know exactly how you feel. I'm in denial sometimes. I'll see this gorgeous top and be like "I want this" and my friends go "you're sure that will fit". Of course it won't but I try to make it fit. Doesn't work.But things are getting better. I'm going to make it my goal to go down to a 36D by December.

Good Job!!I wish I could lose 20 pounds, but I'm too lazy.. I like my food and Coke. It would have helped hiking in the Sierras last week at 10,000 feet. Huff Huff Huff. I thought my chest was going to explode.

You can still eat any foods you like when you're on a diet. The best advice would always be to still eat healthy and limit fatty and sugar loaded foods. I eat shit that's bad for me all the time, except every day of my life I am burning more calories than I'm taking in so my weight stays roughly the same. I'm like 5% body fat but I eat like a horse all the time. I'm an ectomorph and some aren't like me, but good job for getting the motivation to lose weight and keep it up!
