I have posted multiple times. My condition is relatively the same, but the front of my penis up to the head seems to be weakest when a partial erection forms. The left and right sides as well as the back (if you were looking in a mirror) are strong and firm. The front part and head are somewhat soft and the blood doesn't want to stay in my penis. The Urologist is completely puzzled by this and says because the blood vessells are fine and CT scan looked good he can't help me.I am going to a Neurologist and/or Chiropractor. But How hard should the head of a penis be?

How Hard should the head get?

The head is made of corpus spongiosum, which also forms a cylinder on the underside of the shaft, surrounding the urethra. The corpus spongiosum doesn't usually get as hard as the corpus cavernosum that forms two cylinders along the upper side of the shaft, responsible for the stiffness and length. If the head gets hard and shiny in an erection, I think it indicates an especially strong one.

I have noticed that most of the time the head of my penis gets shiny when I'm horny and I have a rock-hard erection. But sometimes the shaft still seems really hard but the head isn't as firm and it's not shiny. That might be more like a "morning wood" erection, not an "I'm making out with my girlfriend" erection!
