I posted here a couple of months ago about bulking up from being really skinny. Things were going really well, I'd put on half a stone and, perhaps more importantly, got considerably stronger.However, I just spent two weeks in Syria. Two weeks of no gym, often extreme heat, not enough calories and the occasional attack of the trots. I've come back to find that all the weight I put on I've now lost and that I'm weak as a kitten. After two weeks! Am I back to square one?
