Hey guys. As most of you know, I've been dieting. So far i've lost 11 pounds in a bit less than 3 weeks. I am a little concerned tho. I don't have much of an appetite like.. at all. I was away for the weekend so ive treated myself to some ice cream and stuff. but i couldnt finish like any of it. yesterday morning I had two toaster strudel things for my breakfast, and i couldnt even finish ONE. then I had a wrap at mcdonalds. thats all i had to eat. my stomach must be shrinking big time. im hungry, but i just dont feel like eating. I feel good though, just a bit funny. I havent been drinking a lot of water this weekend, cuz i didnt want to be pissing every 20 minutes at someone else's house. so maybe im a bit dehydrated or something. can anyone help me here? before i started my diet i was really sick so i lost my appetite, so ive stopped eating big meals about a month ago. does anyone know how long it takes for someones stomach to shrink?one other thing, this past weekend i never slept a lot. probably about 10.5 hours in two nights. im used to getting about 8 a night.but my appetite was gone before this weekend.

lol i know it wasnt the healthiest. i went away for the weekend and after over two weeks of eating healty food, i treated myself. ive been this way for a while now. but today i had a banana, half of a sandwich and a half cup of green tea.

I was taught in nutrition, that your stomach is just a bit bigger than your fist. (Funny how so many of our organs are compared to our fists....) Anyway it isn't as big as we all like to think it is.A bananna could easily fill that up. Also, eating healthy for a while, changes both your taste and how your tummy handles junk. Fats are heavier and more filling, I bet that is part of it.I don't think there is anything wrong, but you should be eating little bits through out the day, not trying to eat 3 "full" meals. Just stick to the healthy stuff, like Rad said.

i dont eat like any junk food anymore. i just treated myself like i said. so no i dont think im going down that path. i dont eat a whole lot, but what i do eat normally is very healthy.

One thing I noticed since I changed my diet and workout routine I noticed I don't find myself as hungry as I used too. I used to eat just to eat before because I was bored.Junk food was my main down fall, I LOVE candy. I notice now I don't crave candy as much as I used too, though lately I have been craving chocolate pretty hardcore, but been staying away from it. Plus losing all the weight I lost and toning up the body I think also helps sway me from eatting all the junk food I used to eat daily. Last thing I was is to put all this work into getting a nice job just to gain all the weight back.

o man.. i LOVE candy too. but i dont even bother with it anymore. and i LOVE chocolate too, but i dont touch it hardly ever. i usually walk about 40 minutes a day too, so im slowly toning myself

Hi, 1st things first you're probably not dehydrated since you have been drinking water, even if it was a little each day. I don't have any idea about the appetite thing and I also doubt the sleep thing because I am kept up all night from my dogs, and that's why most of my posts are after midnight, and I still eat the same amount as when I do get a 8 hour sleep.
