Hi guys. As some of you know I've had my ups and downs on this board as long as I've been a member. I'll get very depressed some days for no reason at all and then the next day I'm extremely happy. It's very disrupting to my life. So recently I took a few weeks off from posting, and went to see a psychiatrist. It turns out I have bipolar disorder. So with the littlest things I can go from being very happy to very sad and then from very sad to very happy in maybe even one day. It's devastating and embarrassing. And I apologize to all the people who had to read my posts. I'm trying to get better.

It can be tough especially if people don't understand what you're dealing with.If they're drugging you up, good luck with that too, getting the meds right can be a b@#ch for some people. All the best.

Hey Cooldawg...There is nothing to apologize for. I understand somewhat of how you have been feeling. So if you ever need to talk or scream.. Let me know. send me an email. I'll get it on my blackberry. My partner of 18 years is Bipolar. I have been living with his Highs and lows, his super happy Highs and his super crashing lows.He takes 4 differnt kinds of pills everyday to help keep The "Noise" he hears in his head quite. Its a disorder thatr can be treated with the right medication and a lot of support and understanding from your friends and family. Here is a site that helped me. Maybe it with help your family and friends to understand. http://www.bipolar.com/It's manageable and you can live a decent life as long as you stay on the meds. Hang in the buddy. If you need someone.. My Partner and I are here....It's okay... You'll be fine! I promise
