From what a pot smoker friend told me sipping on Vinegarand drinking water for a couple hours before the test will work. But be prepared for serious gagging and do NOT eat anything because you will not keep it down thanks to the vinegar.

How long does marijuana stay in a persons body?
-
I think that's probably just anti drug propaganda. There haven't been enough long term studies on marijuana to come up with any danger to you.The ONLY danger I can tell thus far is that it could cause lung cancer due to you smoking it, since that'd be just like sucking on a cig.Well that and weight gaining due to the munchie effect.

you could always put it in a cake....
mmmmmm, 9 months and 14 days until I can have a space cake without risk of being thrown out of the forces (cuz I'll have already left)

mmmm, when I come visiting back to the Northern Hemisphere, I'm so taking my good lady to Amsterdam!I want hash brownies, and space cakes, and other assorted foodstuffs containing the good stuff

Museums? windmills? canals? flowers?..... heh heh heh

THC doesn't just leave the body in a simple regard. It has a half-life of approximatly 8 days.

3-5 days. tell him to drink a lot of cranberry juice and water and piss as much as he can. and by a lot I mean A LOT. he should be all set since it was his first time.

Actually for some people smoking weed triggers psychosis.I think in NZ it's something like one in ever 11 people have the genes or are suceptable to developing psychosis from weed. And if they use it alot then they turn into real nut jobs.Im crazy enough already so I'll avoid the drugs for now.I do think that NZ is on the path to legalising marijuana and I can see alot more positives to this then negitives. We already legalised prostitution, why not throw in legal weed for a really good time.

Vinegar won't make any difference.THC stays in the body because unlike nearly all psychoactive substances it is not basic. It does not react with acid to form water-soluble ions. Indeed, it has very low solubility in water and high solubility in fat, so it stays dissolved in the body's fat.It is however quite quickly metabolised by enzymes. The original THC therefore only lasts a couple of hours at most. The saliva test looks only at the original THC, so only indicates very recent use. However the metabolites are also psychoactive, and have similar solubility properties to the original THC, and they hang around for weeks or months. The usual urine test looks for metabolites, and can remain positive for a long time.Drinking lots of water dilutes the urine and can make a difference on the borderline, but only on the borderline.

I've heard differently about how long it actually stays in your system. I hear that it can be 30 to 90 days depending on how much of a frequent smoker you are. I don't think the dude should have a problem though if it was his first hits, I'd say that his body would get rid of it quickly.
