Ahh who knows about computers here?

Well is it that all the songs are missing or just when you click them it gives that little (!) icon? If they are plain-old missing and you had purchased them from the itunes store. then try this http://lifehacker.com/software/itunes/redownload-your-lost-itunes-music-176323.php

No everything is gone, like iTunes is blank. I mean i still have the songs because i get them off limewire but i just don't wanna lose all my playlists, playcounts, etc.

well then if you have all of those songs stored in a folder, than add that folder to your iTunes library. The id3 tags should keep everything the way it was before the library was wiped, playcounts, etc. Playlists are stored in itunes itself, so those will still be there, if that doesnt work, check and see where the .xml livrary file stored, you should be able to find that if you go to the folder that itunes stores data in click on View>Folder Options>check "Show Hidden Files">Click "OK" then look and see if there is a folder named iTuens, and in there, there should be a folder and two files, one named "iTunes Music Library"(.xml) and "i Tunes Library"(iTunes Music Database File) if those are there then, well wait a sec, that might be to complicated....if those are there, then the data is still there. if the ituns library in the program itself is blank then just file>add folder to library and that should solve the problem, ya?
Im quite sorry if thats to complicated, let me know if it is and ill try to condense it.

I understand what your saying, i tried openening both those files like you told me but it didn't do anything my library is still blank and empty =\

I would just download and reinstall teh latest version of iTunes... That's one of their first recommendations from their website when you are having issues.
-
Mmm that won't mess up my chance of recovering my old library would it?

I can't say for sure... but try iTunes help...here is something I found..http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1451
