I am 18 years old and I have trouble stretching the foreskin of my penis. When I am not erect, I can pull the foreskin to see the head of the penis easily in the shower and out. It's not totally smooth, but it's a little tight and if I do it slowly it will stretch out. However, when my penis is erect, I cannot pull the foreskin over the head of my penis at all. There's a medium size opening, but I can't pull it down. I never done it forcefully, but I tried gently and no luck. So can someone give any deep details on how to stretch properly? Pictures would be GREAT. The way I stretched was pulling the skin outwards and holding it for about 40-50 seconds. I don't quite understand the part where you stretch the sides. I know that you pull it on the opposite sides, but am I suppose to stick my index fingers into the opening of the foreskin and pull gently? I have done stretching for about 2 months and the results were slow, but I noticed that when I am erect, the head of the penis is showing more, but not a lot. I decided to take a trip to the doctor and requested a cream, but he said there was no such thing? That the only solution was circumcision... I thought it was totally BS and I DON'T want to resort to that unless I'm like a 30 year old virgin or something. I'm assuming that there's no such thing as phimosis cream that is sold in stores?

Quick Questions on Stretching
-
Hi JD04, welcome to A2A. First, have you looked at this thread?? There certainly are creams that make the foreskin more pliable - some doctors don't know anything. I don't know whether you can get anything over the counter, though.
-
The doctor is an idiot.. The creme is Betamathasone or a any other steriod variation of that. However, it is a prescription that you need from the doctor.

I know right! I was thinking "wait... did I just hear what I think he just said? No such thing? WTF". And I read that thread on how to stretch and it was a little helpful, but I knew most of it. But it still didn't answer my question that I have where I explained at the end of my 1st paragraph.

I know that you pull it on the opposite sides, but am I suppose to stick my index fingers into the opening of the foreskin and pull gently? Yes, if you can do it.. The easiest way to do it is if you can retract as far as possible and then roll the foreskin onto your fingers as while they are pressed against the head. Then pull apart as strongly as you feel comfortable without any pain.

I've been stretching ever since the day I made this thread and still no good. The opening is getting bigger, but it's slow.
-
That's too bad.. It certainly isn't a quick fix, but it can be done.. Did yo uever try getting the creme again?

Welcome JD04; you should find a good Anti-Circ Urologist in your area. If you live in the Los Angeles Area, let me know and I will refer you to a very good doctor who will help you. Stretching is like skin expansion, it takes time... hang in there!

Some years ago, there was a report from some Chinese doctors who developed a small balloon that could be inserted inside the foreskin and then inflated slowly so that the foreskin was stretched. After a period of about two weeks or so, the foreskin was able to be retracted easily.I think it is now available commercially.

Nah, I haven't. I'll stick to stretching for now, but if I don't see any results soon then I'll have to find a doctor for the creme.
