I underwent puberty at a young age, like around 12(ish). Anyways, I just turned 16 and I havn't really noticed any decent growth since I was like 13, I think I may have completed puberty because I have quite a bit of facial hair and my pubs are on my thighs too. Like 6 months ago I was close to 6" but after a close call, i almost got killed by a large vehicles traveling at 55mph broadside, I have noticed my head isn't as large and my size has decreased and the near miss was a few months ago, but I don't think about the wreck it doesn't bother me. Could it affect me.Could it be possible that I have low hormone levels, I mean I have a little bit of acne, so I dunno, I am just lost. Is their a way I can tell myself if I have low hormone levels and if I a doctor prescribes hormones, how will it affect me, positively and negatively.I have a rep. to live up too, my family has set, ladies wise. I am not some jerk like some of those guys are but I just need to be good, I have women ask me all the time but I just don't want to Mess it up. Its important for me, performance and size.

Confused/lost for the past couple years.

well, puberty doesn't generally end in males until around 20-22, i think. if you say that you don't think about the accident, but it slightly bothers you, the stress and, um, apprehension, i guess you could say, might be getting to you. when you're stressed out a lot, acne can develop, but thats not the only reason. if you feel that you need to talk about, and if you think it'll help with, things , then talk to someone. you don't have to tell them the real reason why, but it might be good just to talk? and like i said before, you might just not be fully developed yet, if you're only 16.

Welcome back, Mayhem.I think the shock and stress may have affected you a bit and made your erections less strong. That should be temporary, and with time you should be back to normal.Having a family reputation to live up to is very unfortunate. You should be able to be yourself without being compared to other family members. But I know that happens even if you don't want it to.You can't really check your own hormone levels without access to a well-equipped lab, and there's no sign that there's anything wrong with yours.

well really good news, i remeasured the way it said on the site and now I am at 6.5", that sounds about right because I looked a little large for what I previously thought. Anyways, I am really relieved, I thought I was screwed, talking on here really helped believe it or not because it led to the easing of my worst fears, because I had incorrect info. I will do more measurements in the days to come and see what I come up with.I appreciate the help.Hey ineligle is their certain foods which boost hormones or are friendly to the male genetalia. I know it sounds kinda dumb but I just want to know more. what I can do now while I am young to facilitate possible growth, not only in my lower region but throughout my body itself? And again thank you, you saved me a ton of worry thats for sure. Whoo its like someone lifting a ton of bricks off of my chest.

Congratulations on the growth! I don't know of any specific foods that help genital growth. I think the body gives them a high priority for development anyway, because the next generation depends on it. If you eat healthily, with fresh fruit and vegetables and not too much junk food, you'll give your body its best chance.
We're always happy to help, but the most important thing is not to consider sex as a competition, with winners and losers. If people are sensible everyone is a winner.

thanks you both, you have really helped me out alot. I really appreciate it.

can to much testosterone hurt you??
-
Strangely, a lot of testosterone lowers your sperm count and makes the remaining sperm of poor quality, and it has been trialled as a male contraceptive, though it wasn't effective enough. (When testosterone levels go back to normal, the sperm counts and quality go back to normal.) Apart from that, effects on males aren't as strong as you would think, though mood disorders and increased aggression can occur, and growth of prostate cancers is increased. It has been used by athletes as an anabolic steroid.
It needs to be remembered that penis growth is actually mediated by dihydrotestosterone, which the body makes from testosterone. Depending on the amount of the approriate 5-alpha reductase enzyme you have, increased testosterone may increase dihydrotestosterone levels or it may not.
-
so is their a solution ???
-
Generally the best solution is to accept what you are given and work on using it well. Women generally consider technique much more important than size.
At the same time you shouldn't worry, either, about being magnificent in bed from the first time onwards. It's not a competition, and no-one is grading you. It's about learning and enjoying.
-
Oh I meant to specify about the testosterone, like not creating to much but a healthy amount??
-
But is there any evidence you don't already have a healthy amount?
-
Good point, so how do I get tests for that, do I just request it from my gp.
-
Your GP would have to approve, and without any evidence your levels are low, that's not likely. There would be ways of getting it done by paying for it directly, I presume, but it may not be easy.
