hey guy's, a friend of a friend of mine was in an accident last night, he has his Learners license, which states you must drive only accompanied by a person over 25 with their full license, which he was not, and you cannot have more than 1 other person in the car besides the 25+ driver, he however, had 5 friends with him, 1 is in the ICU, the rest only needed stitches, any idea what they could charge him with? He's obviously gonna lose his license, but i was curious about legal punishment.

Learner driver in accident

Is this in Canada?

It also depends on who was at fault. A person my dad works with had his son in a similar incident, and he didn't get any jail time, and I'm pretty sure he had been at fault. But I don't know how it works in Canada, if that's where it happened.
