Stinky feet.

I wear trainer-type shoes when I wear shoes at all, because they are better ventilated, and over time that has meant that if I do have to wear poorly ventilated shoes there is no problem. The smell comes from bacteria on your feet that prefer a poorly-ventilated environment. You can buy powder specially designed for the problem that presumably kills the bacteria, but I have no experience with it.

Okay I'll have to try it.but for the ventilation, Right now i've been wearing flip flops for about 3 months and have worn tenny's about 2 times.. and they still stink..and I think i'll look into the powder too.

mom said that tea as in "Iced tea" to soak my feet in, would be good because of the tannin.anyone have any luck with that?

put some baby powder in the shoes works for me everytime

you need cotton socks or a fabric that will allow your feet to breath and foot powder. Try not wearing the same shoe everyday. alternate them. if they already smell like death... throw them out.. make sure your feet washed every day and night and compelety dry when you put your socks on... It was a phase my son when thru too. It will pass but it takes a little bit of work to keep it under control...I also heard that soaking your feet in tea for awhile works, but I never tried it... I enjoy ice tea and didn't want to ruin it by the image of stinky feet in the tea....good luck!

Maybe I will just mash up some acorns...there's tons of tannin in that too! If it works, I will let you all know. Her feet have stunk since she was TINY!!! Even barefoot she will get the funk going.
