My GF and I have had sex numerous times. I've not had sex with anyone else nor has she. We've used a condom each and every time, I have never comed inside of her, and after we've had sex I always check the condom for holes by pouring water in it. Each and every time it shows that there's no water because no water droplets escape. She's bleeding down south, and she says it's too early to be her period and not enough blood. She also says she knows when it really is her period. She said it's really light. She's said it's a sharp pain like she really wants to go to the toilet. But there's just blood. She said that a period is cramp pain, but this is different. She bled a tiny bit in the past, about half way through her menstrual cycle (14 days after) she bled a tiny bit and that confused us both. What's wrong? Have I been too rough whilst we're having sex? We had sex last night by the way, and it's started to happen today (the morning after).

Possibly too rough, but some bleeding during the cycle can happen without any obvious reason.

If it hurts and feels like she has to pee,she may well have a urinary tract infection, and the sex aggravates it that badly. Get her to start drinking lots of water, cranberry juice, and see if that helps.15 yrs ago, I suffered similarly, and ended up on antibiotics to kick it.If it is the poop feeling, then you might be hitting her cervix, and causing the cramping, and the blood is just from the roughness of it.
