I bought the laxative called Cylaris but I haven't tried it yet. Is it safe to use for weight loss? Does it really work?

Laxatives

yes. there's commercials where it talks about how if you cant lose weight just by eating healthy and only drinking water, cylaris makes it happen.

what happens if you take laxatives?

I did a quick google search on it.. First of all.. It's not a laxative.. I don't think you understand what's a laxative. Laxatives help you move your stool when you have constipation.

First of all, Cylaris is not a laxative, it is a weight loss supplement. The difference beteen the two is that laxatives induce stool movement, they are used to treat mainly constipation while weight loss supplements decrease you appetite - basically they supress hunger.Because of the high caffine content in Cylaris, it has many side effects including insomnia, high blood pressure, seizures and heartburn. It may even lead to you beaking out in a rash or having difficulty with swallowing and breathing. Cylaris can aggrevate any heart or blood problems you have.I think you should stick to the old fashioned healthy eating and exercise regime as it will benefit you so much more in the long run.
