I was wondering if it's weird for a senior in high school, almost 18(me), to have a thing for a Freshmen girl who I think is 15.
-
Yeah... I have another question...
-
Not at all. It just isn't very advisable for a plethora of reasons.
-
What reasons are those?
-
Just along the lines of difference in maturity for example. I mean, at such different ages you could both be looking for a different kind of relationship. Besides, some people (i.e perhaps the parents?) wouldn't approve of the matter?
-
true. Is there a possiblity though that if we do end up dating or whatever that I could like mess up her psyche or something, because I wouldnt want to do that. How would I deal with figuring out what kind of relationship she wants without like scaring her?
-
It's difficult to say how to find out what her intentions are. She might not want a relationship at all, with any body. Unless she chooses to make her feelings apparent, it's difficult to judge.
-
Aren't there also legal barriers? I dunno, I don't live in the US.
-
I guess there are but not only does no one have to know outside of the people who would, but I feel that love over comes legality. of course upto a point, oh she is 14 today but thats only 4 years minus two weeks younger than me so yeah. I don't know I feel good around her so I'm gunna try to at least get closer to her. That works right?
-
yeah I guess I am. Does that mean something? the problem is when I find a girl I'm into I just end up thinking so much about her eventually all the goo thoughts turn to bad ones. I really like this girl so I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard given the obvious circumstances.

sorry to have been such a whinney person, but all I needed was what you just wrote, it makes sense, thanks for giving it to me in black and white.
