If I really tighten up my Kegels and tighten my lower abs, I feel two circular kinda things on either side of my belly button. I know how the doctors give pelvic exams--I have yet to have one--and I don't have to insert a finger. It doesn't hurt to do it, but it feels like they're pushed forward and I can even see the outline and a little bulge of the shape.
Is that normal to be able to do that with my ovaries??
