How old is too old to trick or treat? What do you all think? Do you get upset at some 15+ year old showing up at your door? If so why?

Too old?
-
As long as they're dressed up I don't care how old they are. They can be 45 for all I care. They all get shit till I run out. I will say the younger ones tend to get more shit though. The only ones that I have any reservations about are the fifteen year olds that trick or treat with out dressing up. I don't mind givin' 'em shit but they need to dress up.

Last year I put candy wrappers in their bags from the candy I ate lol.. they had no clue. I mean put SOME effort into trick-or-treat for heaven sake!

If I show up at your house, I'll be all dressed up. I better get a real treat. Not just an empty wrapper. I was going for sexual innuendo but that last sentence just made it kinda gross instead of sexy.
-
Oh I'd give you a treat alright.. possibly even a little trick

I keep a bunch of "tall boys" in the fridge for the grown ups

Well I can guarantee you my nearly-fifteen-year-old would find turning up at someone's door a bit weird!
Ha ha!.. How are you all?

I founds this:
_''No, you're not too old. There's only a problem if you're vandalizing or having a negative impact on younger kids' experiences somehow.
I think the only time it becomes looked down upon is when someone wears obscene or sexy costumes in the company of younger children. That's trashy. Otherwise, to each his own and the best of festivities to all!''_
I must say I agree.

I missed out on Mr.U's tall boys, because I took my 11, and 15yr olds out to trick or treat! Starfish your kid might be embarrassed by the thought but mine loved it. I still don't understand how anyone can say that ANYONE under 21 (here anyway) is too old. I see some well made points like vandals need to stay home, and sexy costumes need to be at older parties...but that is my point! They are too young to drink, so what would you rather they do? Fnd a party yeah, but difficult to find ones that they won't get into trouble at.
-
stay home and watch horror movies?? I think thats what me and my homies did when I hit the age where I was "too old" to go trick or treatingOne woman said to me "you're too old to go trick or treating you have boobies!!" I was 13 i think?? That was my last year!

Wait wait, I'm not saying anyone under 21 is too old. My point was that I don't believe there is an age limit as long as behaviour on the streets while trick-or-treating, where there are younger kids, is appropriate. I'm not sayiing they should ''find a party'', but that in fact yes, they should be trick-or-treating.
