I wasn't sure where to put this, so I decided here.I was wondering if someone could tell me what these red dots are on my hip and part of my stomach. Is it just pimples, an allergic reaction to something, or unfortunately an STD?Usually I have nothing like that around those areas, and they just formed there like the other day. Here's a pic, of my stomach with the red dots, and I circled it in black. there's like a group of it on my hip which i thought was weird, but i'm not surered dots

Red dots, weird?
-
It's really hard to tell, but an allergic reaction to something is certainly possible.

The picture is a bit too blurry on my end

sorry i haven't gotten back with u guys in a bit. i dont' know why, but pimples have been forming even on my buttcheek, too. it looks like chicken pox but i don't think it is. any ideas is this normal? i dont' even get pimples on my face hardly, just one here adn there, and then there's still that whole bunch on my stomach and buttcheek as my friend noted when i mooned him, lol.
-
If they're spreading, I think it's time to see a doctor. Perhaps it is chickenpox - or one of the several other diseases that give you spots.
-
ok so i looked at most of the possibilities of what the red dots could be. i don't think it's chicken pox, i guess i was wrong because it's not as puss like. it's basically pimple-like and i also looked at herpes which was described as red dots. but those dots are way too red where as mine are kind of brown now, and they seem to be going away like how the pimples on my face go away.is it possible for regular pimples to just grow on the buttcheek area and stomach area and it not being a disease? i thought it mainly formed on the face for the most part. i'm very careful who my sexual partners are. they've all been tested and are clean so i don't think it's a STD or anything. =/

What about measles? Scarlet fever? Impetigo? I don't think you can easily self-diagnose here - it needs someone with experience.

when i start my job next week, i think i'm gonna save money for a check up, cuz right now i can't afford one unfortunately.
-
finally went to Medpoint today and got a check up. Thank God, the red dots are not a STD. I freaked a little when herpes was described as red dots, but I don't think it was that severe. She said it was an allergic reaction to something as I had suspected. But I'm not sure what I'm allergic to since it appeared on my hips and some of my stomach. but I got medicine for it though.

Good to know you're OK and that it was nothing serious.
-
Yes, good news.

thanks guys.
