I have an elliptical at home..........got it for mom as a present but she threw it in the garage ...........well I am gonna start using it now.Will 15min everyday do it or do I need to add more time?I am mostly doing yoga and aerobics at home.

Just depends on your stamina and your goal. I was doing about 45 mins on the elliptical. I know my personal trainer suggested at least 30 mins of cardio.

Fine I will start off at 15min/day add 15min more when I am comfy with it.

I based my elliptical workouts by distance. Not the best way I guess, but it depends on what you're working toward. I think either way, you'll find your ass swelling with pride. lol

Well I do anywhere between 3-8 miles on it in 15mins........based on the tension of the wheel--I often keep toying with the tension knob to get a better workout :smile: ........really hope my ass does swell a bit........lol
