Allot of these new abs (for losing weight and getting abs) Like there's this one (how I lost 30 pounds in just 3 weeks They had a chick who was around 125 pounds and the "same person" supposedly 3 weeks later who looked like she was 5 pounds less. And these guys who got "massive abs in just 2 months" were already guys who were skinny almost no body fat and you could already almost see their 6 pack.Yeah when all you have to do is just work your muscles to get them to show it doesn't take long to do. same with losing 5 pounds over 3 weeks

You can assume that anyone who promises remarkable changes very quickly is a charlatan.
It's not too difficult to make someone look thinner with suitable clothing, and they are usually looking glum in the 'before' photo and all smiles in the 'after' one.
It reminds me of a 'home medical companion' book I have somewhere, published around 1920\. It has graphic photos warning of the evils of masturbation, with a young man supposedly before the effects hit him, looking healthy and clean-cut, and then after, looking a fright, all baggy and wrinkled and dreadful. But if you look closely, you can see that the 'after' photo is in fact the 'before' photo rather crudely retouched (no Photoshop in those days). -
Yeah, I've noticed. Another step toward feeding the superficial obsession that plagues many. I'm afraid it will only get worse.

Damn the ad industry and media for feeding garbage into everybody's minds.6 pack abs, weight loss, fairness creams, bust firming stuff, aaaaahhhhhhhhh..........the list is endless........well I prefer spending my money on good organic food and a bit of daily exercise and stay as I am. I never pay attention to all these ads and banners.......they just want the money and I really dont think the results are gonna be as they claim and they do manipulate the images before showing them.Following a healthy daily routine, throughout our life is all we need to be look good and feel great
